Resolution steps:

1. Confirm that there are no obstruction/moisture on camera view.

2. If there are, request that the obstruction be removed or the camera face be cleaned.

3. If not, confirm network bandwidth.

4. If issues is not resolved, escalate to Technical support team.

The Issue could be caused by;

1. Moisture/Obstruction on camera surface.

2. Low network bandwidth.
