1. Can you manually turn on/off the AC from the themostat?

2. If the AC can not be turned on/off from the thermostat, advise that the HVAC contractor be invited.

3. Confirm if the cool master or the HVAC controller is powered and online.  

4. Check if the controller is on the network(check the LED display or blinking light at the network port) 

5. Get the serial no (MAC) of the cool master unit from EAS Schedule and share with support@coolautomation.zendesk.com stating the issue being faced. 

6. Revert with recommendation on fixing the issue and share with customer. 

7. If issue persist, escalate to the technical support team.
