Navigating from one video source to another, audio switches fine but not getting video feed for the audio

1. Confirm if other video zones can be switched between the other video sources. 

2. If this issues is specific to just select video zones i.e. just the family lounge is affected. 

3. Confirm if the blustream receiver is powered on and all LED status light are steady. 

4. If issue remains unresolved, escalate to technical support team
