Netflix not opening from TV

1. This may occur due to an update of the Netflix App on the App Store
- Confirm the internet connection speed through the OvrC and customer mobile device. 
- Request that the Netflix App be uninstalled and reinstalled using the User Docs. 
- . If issue remains unresolved, escalate to technical support team. 
1. The Trinnov AV processor may be powered Off.
2. The Projector may be powered Off.
- Confirm that the Trinnov AV processor is powered ON. 
- Confirm that the projector is powered ON. 
- Request that the customer pushes the left or right navigation button on the user interface. 
- Confirm if other video/audio sources play fine the cinema room. 
- If issue remains unresolved, escalate to technical support team 
 and then Add to Home Screen.
