1. Confirm if they can hear you on speaker phone.
2. Unplug the handset cable at the back and ensure it's connected to the handset port.
3. Try using a handset from another phone.
4. Confirm if this is occurring on just one IP Phone or multiple.
5. If problem persists, escalate to technical support.
