 What are the steps on how to reset and upgrade the Control4 Neo remote?

1. Reset the remote by powering off the remote.
2. Hold down the power button and the mute button together.
3.Remote will come on and an upgrade interface will come up.
4.Wait for the system to upgrade and the user interface will come up when update is done.
